Alison M. Fletcher, 58, of Baileys Harbor, passed away January 4, 2024, at Aurora BayCare Medical Center after a short bout with cancer.
She was born March 30, 1965, in Green Bay. The daughter of Maxwell “Keyes” Fletcher and Ardis M. (Anderson) Fletcher. Following her graduation from Gibraltar High School she attended U.W. Milwaukee.
Alison’s 32-year career was focused on banking- working at Bank of Sturgeon Bay, Associated Bank and Nicolet National Bank until retirement. She loved being around people and involved in the service industry. Alison worked many years for Alexander’s Restaurant- they became her extended family. She also worked at On Deck and High Point Inn.
She was a member of Sister Bay Moravian Church and Scand Auxiliary. Alison was a beautiful lady inside and out. She had the best sense of humor. Known as “Auntie” to many, she loved all children. She also loved cats- you could spot her anywhere with the ‘Alley Cat’ plates on her ‘Cat-illac’.
Survivors include her mother, Ardis; twin sister, Alicia; brother, Stephen; niece/nephew, Kelsey and Brandon; great-nieces, Lucy and Emma; aunt and uncle, Laura and John Lijewski of Ellison Bay; and many dear cousins.
Preceding her in death was father, Keyes Fletcher, and sister-in-law, Anne Fletcher.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, January 14, 2024, at Sister Bay Moravian Church with Rev. Kerry Krauss officiating. Friends may call at the church on Sunday from 12:00 noon until the time of service. Burial will be on Monday January 15, 2024 at 2:00 p.m.
