Shirley Mae Baxter, 87, of Washington Island, passed away peacefully at home on Monday, April 20, 2020.
She was born March 5, 1933 on Washington Island, daughter of the late Thorvald and Lillie Wilhelmina (Krause) Johnson. On August 27, 1955, Shirley was united in marriage with Wilburn Leland Baxter at Trinity Lutheran Church.
